This area includes: bounce houses, toss games, cake walk, spin art, and passing out the starter bags of candy. Serving in attractions involves direct interaction with the children and their families. You may help manage lines, and/or supervise a particular attraction to insure that the children are having a fun and safe experience.
This area includes: gate attendants, crossing guards, campus hosts, first aid, and security. Everyone helping in a Guest Service role should be prepared to interact with the guests in a positive and hospitable manner. Set up and clean up prior to and after the event is also included in Guest Services.
This area includes food preparation, serving, candy runners, drinks, popcorn, and cotton candy. Food preparation happens throughout the day prior to the event. Food servers work during the event and will have direct interaction with our guests and must be able to remain positive despite stress and long lines.
