Weekly Bible Adventure

You will discover quickly that we love kids at South Valley. Walk around our campus and you will see the exciting environments we created for your kids to build a relationship with God and with others each Sunday morning! We believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be exciting, and good leaders always care.
We are also committed to your child’s safety. All of our volunteers are interviewed prior to serving with us, and they are fingerprinted via the LiveScan service for background checking purposes. We also use a computer CHECK-IN SYSTEM for added security.
We offer Children’s Ministries during both the 9:00am and 11:00am services. It just might be the best hour of your child’s entire week!

Nursery
Our Nursery offers a safe, loving environment to take care of children from birth through the age of two. We provide general, loving care for your child through use of toys, books, music, activities, snacks, and prayer!

Threes
We offer a safe, fun environment to take care of children at the age of 3. We provide a structured environment of play and discovery as they engage in activities with the volunteers and other kids! Worship, prayer, and Bible stories are a stronger emphasis within this particular age group.

Pre-K
Our Pre-K (Pre-School and Kindergarten) Ministry is designed for children who are ages 4 and 5. Each week, the kids learn how they get to be a part of the Big God Story, and participate in games, crafts, and other activities that reinforce the Ponder Point for the day!

Elementary
Our Elementary space is geared toward kids who are in the 1st-6th grade. We utilize a Large Group/Small Group format! Large group time is spent learning the Big God Story, singing high-energy songs of worship, playing fun games, and responding to the message in creative ways. From there, they enter into small groups (per their age group), and meet with a leader in smaller groups to discuss the story, and do activities that reinforce the material.
